C&C Crawl - Business Featuring a Beverage from a Local Shop - $200
DCP Events
Business Featuring a Beverage from a Local Shop
Businesses participating as official Coffee & Cocoa Crawl stops may serve a coffee, cocoa, or tea sourced from a local downtown coffee shop coordinated by DCP. This option is ideal for businesses that prefer not to prepare their own beverage while still participating in the Crawl and driving foot traffic.
The cost to participate with this option is $200, which covers approximately 5 gallons of a hot beverage. Pricing can vary by shop, but this reflects the general minimum cost for that volume. DCP will coordinate the order, confirm the beverage selection, and provide pickup location and timing for the morning of the event.
DCP will also provide sampling cups for guests who do not wish to use their mug, signage with beverage and source information, a bucket for excess beverage disposal, and the convenience of a ready-to-serve option featuring a local downtown business.
Participating businesses are expected to have a staff member on site to pour samples for attendees. We do not recommend self-serve stations, as this can lead to excess waste and inconsistent portions. We recommend 1–2 oz pours, as there are approximately 30 stops throughout the Crawl.
