Trick or Treat Wish Walk – Business Participation

The 2026 Trick or Treat Wish Walk will take place on Saturday, October 24 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Downtown Fargo, in partnership with Make-A-Wish North Dakota. This event invites families to trick-or-treat at participating downtown businesses, with 100 percent of proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish ND.

Only DCP Member businesses are eligible to participate as official candy stops on the route. Participating businesses will be featured on the event map distributed with each treat bag.

What You Provide:

• Candy for approximately 250 kids

• Optional kid-friendly activity or in-store engagement

• Optional flyers or brochures if you offer family-oriented services or products

What DCP Provides:

• Event promotion and inclusion on the official Wish Walk map

• Treat bags distributed at the DCP booth at the Closing Day and Halloween Red River Market in Broadway Square for a $5 suggested donation

This event brings strong foot traffic, supports a meaningful cause, and highlights your business as part of a walkable, family-friendly downtown.
