Tour of Northern Italy Cooking Class

Pack your culinary bags—we’re heading to Northern Italy, no passport required! In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of rolling out tender pasta dough from scratch to create butternut squash ravioli in a sage brown butter sauce, balanced with a crisp shaved Brussels sprouts salad, and finished with a classic Tiramisu.

On the Menu:

• Handcrafted ravioli with butternut squash filling and a brown butter sage sauce
• Shaved brussels sprouts and apple salad
• Tiramisu

What to Expect | 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
