Celebrate the warmth and richness of autumn with this hands-on GLUTEN FREE culinary experience designed to highlight the best of the season’s bounty. In this class, you’ll learn to prepare a comforting three-course meal that’s perfect for fall.

ZUCCHINI ROLL-UPS WITH SMOKED MOZZARELLA | Thinly sliced zucchini wrapped around smoked mozzarella, baked until golden and melted.
GLUTEN FREE SQUASH RAVIOLI & BROWN BUTTER SAGE SAUCE | Craft delicate gluten free ravioli from scratch, filled with roasted squash. Then, elevate the dish with a fragrant sage-infused brown butter sauce.
CHOCOLATE TORTA CAPRESE | Decadent flourless dark chocolate cake made with finely ground almonds, toasted nuts, and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.

We always cook in teams of 2 unless you request to cook in a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
This class is gluten free and vegetarian. In most cases dietary needs can be accommodated. Please request by emailing us at info@the1889fargo.com.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up is not met. This will vary by instructor.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please understand that significant time and resources go into preparing for each class to ensure a successful experience. If you're registered and something comes up, we will happily provide class credit with a 2 week notice of class. Within two weeks, store credit can no longer be issued but you are welcome to gift your tickets to a friend.
The 1889 reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment and other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible if class is cancelled, at which time we will issue a full refund or you may choose to be transferred to a different class of equal value.
Please note: Classes are not canceled due to weather unless there are extreme circumstances.
