Tuesdays - A Practical approach to mediation focused on learning how to stop fighting your own thoughts. Instead of trying your mind, we explore how to relate to it differently. Approachable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. 30 minutes of Q and A after each class.

Thursdays - A guided class on using breath to regulate stress and energy. Learn how small adjustments in breathing can shift your body and mind. Practice can improve coordination between breath, posture, and connective tissue, leading to more efficient movement and reduced tension.
