Macarons | Choose Your Flavor

Celebrate the arrival of May with a baking class dedicated to the art of French macarons. Learn the techniques for creating delicate, crisp shells with a tender interior, perfectly paired with YOUR CHOICE of Pistachio, Lemon Lavender, or Vanilla Bean filling. This class is a perfect for couples or groups of friends – you each can choose a different flavor and share your creations with the other (or keep them for yourself).

This class offers step-by-step instruction in mixing, piping, baking, and assembling macarons, along with tips for troubleshooting common challenges.

By the end of the session, each participant will leave with beautifully crafted macarons to share and enjoy.

Suitable for all skill levels, this workshop provides both technical skills and a chance to learn a new skill before summer officially begins!

What to Expect | 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
