Late Night Bites | A Halloween Cooking Class

Get ready for a spooky-good time at The 1889!

It’s Halloween! Let’s celebrate and craft three ghoulishly fun appetizers and a magical cocktail.

• Mummy Jalapeño Poppers – Wrapped in flaky pastry “bandages” and stuffed with cheesy filling, these little mummies are scary good.
• Stuffed Mushroom Eyeballs – Savory bites with a creepy twist— transformed into a staring eyeball using cheese, olives, and a devilish drizzle.
• Ghost Strawberries – Dip and decorate fresh strawberries into ghostly white chocolate treats with haunting little faces.

Then, mix up a Color-Changing Margarita that shifts hues before your eyes—thanks to a little kitchen chemistry and a lot of Halloween flair.
