This late‑night class blends approachable cooking with a touch of decadence—perfect for date night, a friends’ outing, or anyone craving something deliciously different.

You’ll craft three elevated small bites that hit every corner of the palate:

• Chokecherry Candied Bacon Sweet, savory, and irresistibly crisp. You’ll learn how to glaze, bake, and finish this North Dakota twist on a classic crowd‑pleaser.
• Sundried Tomato Artichoke Dip A warm, creamy dip layered with sundried tomatoes, tender artichokes, and plenty of cheese. Perfect for sharing… or not.
• Mini Heart Lahvosh Delicate, heart‑shaped Armenian flatbreads topped with fresh, vibrant ingredients. A charming bite with big personality.

To pair with your late‑night spread, you’ll shake up a Starlino Cosmo—a bright, modern spin on the iconic cocktail featuring Starlino Rosé Aperitivo. Expect citrus sparkle, berry notes, and a polished finish that ties the whole menu together.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
