Kids in the Kitchen | Tator Tot Hotdish

Get ready for a delicious adventure on this day off of school!

In this hands-on cooking class designed just for kids, 9 and up, we’ll whip up two cozy, crowd-pleasing favorites.

 On the Menu:

• Tator Tot Hotdish: Learn how to layer and bake this classic Midwestern comfort food—crispy tots, savory filling, and all the yum! No canned foods involved!
• Apple Crisp: Slice, mix, and sprinkle your way to a sweet treat topped with golden, buttery crumble.

 What to Expect:

• Step-by-step guidance from friendly instructors
• Kid-friendly tools and ingredients
• A fun, interactive atmosphere with plenty of tasting!

By the end of class, your young chef will have two delicious dishes to share—and the skills to recreate them at home. Aprons on, let’s get cooking!

What to Expect | 

Kids over 9 only please. Anyone younger will require a parent to stay and assist their child. Parents will not be considered participants but may purchase a ticket if they want to partake in the meal with their child.

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Water is always provided. Other drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
