Join us for a hands-on culinary journey through the royal kitchens of the Mughal era as we explore the rich, indulgent flavors of traditional Indian cuisine.

ON THE MENU |

Mughlai Chicken

  • Discover the art of preparing this luxurious curry.
  • Mughlai Chicken is known for its thick, velvety, cashew-based gravy, enriched with cream and delicately balanced spices.
  • As you cook, you’ll layer flavors that reflect the Persian influence blended with classic Indian aromatics, creating a rich, elegant, royal dish.

Basmati Rice

  • Learn to prepare perfectly fluffy basmati rice infused with ghee (clarified butter) and whole green cardamom.
  • This aromatic rice is light, fragrant, and the perfect companion to the creamy Mughlai curry, enhancing every bite with subtle warmth and depth of flavor.

Shahi Tukda

  • End the evening on a sweet, nostalgic note with this traditional Mughlai dessert.
  • Crisp, ghee-fried bread is soaked in fragrant sugar syrup, layered with rich, slow-simmered rabdi (thickened sweet milk), and finished with a generous garnish of chopped cashews, almonds, and pistachios. A truly royal treat fit for a grand finale.

What to Expect | 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
