Elf Experience: Movie Screening PLUS Unglued Crafty Pre-Movie Party!

It’s back to power up Santa’s sleigh with Christmas cheer - tickets are live for our Elf Movie Craft Party!!

Treat every day like Christmas and enjoy mid-December literally in the World's Best way!

This Elf Movie Craft Party includes:
*screening of the movie Elf at the Fargo Theatre interactive-style
*pre-movie craft party approved by Buddy the Elf himself
*movie prop box to get super interactive during Elf

AND GUESS WHAT - the pre-craft party is taking over our old shop location a block north of the Theatre at 408 Broadway!! Before the pre-movie craft party, join Nova Eatery & Supper Club next door, too, as they feature a Buddy the Elf themed food and beverage brunch menu from 8 am-12 pm!
So how will you kick off your ginormous crafty Christmas-y afternoon?!

Between noon-1:30pm you'll join our Unglued crew at 408 Broadway (the old Unglued shop!) to stop by 4 craft stations to create at your leisure (see craft projects below!). Then by 1:30pm you'll head to the Main Theatre with your included prop box to watch Elf followed by OMG SANTA(!!) photo times following the movie. In between you'll get to enjoy some special surprises from the Theatre & buy some concessions (hello popcorn).

Craft stations will include the projects below! Each ticket purchased will get a punch card to make 1 of each of these projects (as time allows!):

*Snowglobe-topped Edible Cookie Dough Jar! 2 projects in one! Be the best version of Buddy the Elf and combo a snow globe WITH a “whole roll of Tollhouse cookie dough” - and make it crafty. You’ll craft up a mini “snowglobe” to top a mason jar lid with our craft stash like Buddy cut outs, faux snow, tiny candy canes, etc. Once you glue it onto said 8 oz mason jar, you’ll add all the dry ingredients to give the mix for edible cookie dough for somebody who could use a hug (they’ll just add butter, vanilla, and a version of milk at home!). Pairs great with cramming 11 cookies into the VCR 

*Decoden Faux Whipped Frosting Ornament Photo Frame! Since "you have such a pretty face, it should be on a greeting card" you'll play with the trending Decoden faux whipped frosting to decorate a wood ornament photo frame and add kawaii-style holiday and candy charms to (and friendship letter beads!!). These can also become cute lil holiday wall art for when you get a full 40 minutes of sleep after you secretly decorate your living room overnight. Will travel with you “wet” but we’ll send you home with a box to keep it safe in for 24 hours!

*Mini Buddy the Elf Stocking! Using an adorable 7” buffalo plaid stocking you’ll use our heat press to add a “treat every day like Christmas” heat transfer to slap it up on you holiday walls or alternatively use as a gift bag for “that special someone” (but less embarrassing than the gift to Buddy’s dad).

*Bonus Elf hat! Use a Fancy Official Elf Hat to custom with our craft stash to wear during the movie and while you sing it loud for all to hear. We are bringing this back because it was a fave last year!

You ready to be a cotton headed ninny muggins and power up Santa’s sleigh with Christmas cheer while you drink a 2 L bottle of Coke and stay up all night decorating a shop and waking up in the window display?!

Your registration includes: creating 1 of each project above as time allows, a prop bag to use during the movie, and your movie ticket for the 2pm showing the same day! If you already purchased your movie ticket separately, please email us your receipt from the Theatre after purchasing this ticket and we will refund the movie portion!

This crafty party is drop-in style from noon-1:30pm the old Unglued location at 408 Broadway. We recommend each attendee is a ticket holder due to limited space. Each ticket holder will receive a punch card to be able to complete 1 of each project as time allows (ie. you can come later than noon for this station-based craft time, but the stations will close at 1:30pm to prep for the movie time and some special fun at the Theatre!).

Kids are welcome to participate in doing the punch card crafts as long as they have active adult assistance from a parent or buddy with them!

Refund policy: We know plans can change! If you need to change plans please email us at ungluedcraftfest@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to workshop start to receive a full refund. After that we don't give refunds as supplies are already purchased unless if we are able to utilize a wait list based on demand, but you can transfer it to another person!
