Next, roll up your sleeves for a true classic, Eggplant Parmesan — layered, saucy, cheesy, and absolutely soul‑warming.

Finally, you’ll craft a rich, flourless Torta Caprese, a chocolate‑almond cake born on the island of Capri and beloved across Italy.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor, and you will be notified of the cancellation in advance.
Cancelled classes will be refunded.
