Bring someone special—or your favorite foodie friend—for an unforgettable evening in the kitchen! Together, you’ll master the art of Steak Diane, a classic show-stopping dish that’s as dramatic as it is delicious.

Watch the magic happen as tender sirloin is seared and finished in a silky cream sauce with shallots, mushrooms, fresh herbs, and seasonings—then flambéed for a touch of culinary theater.

What to Expect | 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
