Get ready for a night of puffed, golden, gluten‑free magic.

Master three French favorites that are light, airy, and absolutely irresistible: crème puffs, savory gougères, and the caramelized, buttery showstopper kouign‑amann.

We’ll walk through pâte à choux, laminated dough, and all the little tricks that make these pastries rise, steam, and shine — all while using Caputo Fioreglut and Cup4Cup to keep everything completely gluten‑free without sacrificing texture or flavor.

Be prepared to bake, fill, taste, and leave with the confidence (and recipes) to recreate these beauties at home. It’s elegant, indulgent, and just the right amount of fancy.

Allergy Note: This class is gluten‑free, but not wheat‑free. Caputo Fioreglut contains deglutinated wheat starch and is not safe for individuals with wheat allergies. The instructor is Gluten Free and has no issues with Fioregut Gluten Free Flour.

What to Expect |

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
