Bright, fresh, and full of flavor—this class brings a little sunshine to your table. You’ll learn how to create a beautifully balanced meal centered around classic Chicken Piccata—featuring lemon, butter, and capers—along with simple, seasonal sides and a rich, airy indulgent mousse.

  • Roasted Asparagus
  • Chocolate Mousse Dessert

During this class, you’ll learn techniques for building flavor with citrus, tips on balancing a full menu, and how to plate a meal that feels restaurant-worthy, but totally achievable at home! Come ready to cook, learn, and enjoy a fresh take on a classic dinner. You will prepare a full meal and gain new culinary skills, while we provide the ingredients, instruction and tools needed—plus we do the dishes!

What to Expect | 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
