A Culinary Journey to Thailand

Dive deep into one of Thailand’s most iconic dishes—Chicken Pad Thai—and uncover the secrets behind its bold, balanced flavors.

In this class, you’ll learn:

  • The essential ingredients that give Pad Thai its signature flavor
  • How to cook with a wok for that authentic sear and texture
  •  The art of building layered flavors in Pad Thai sauce—from tangy tamarind to salty fish sauce and sweet palm sugar

You’ll cook your own Pad Thai from scratch, gaining the skills and confidence to recreate this takeout favorite anytime at home.

To finish, we’ll add a little drama to dessert with Thai-style Bananas Foster—flambéed bananas in a delicious sauce over the best North Dakota Legendary Vanilla Ice Cream.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
