We’re bringing a taste of BernBaum’s to The 1889 with a brunch workshop that blends Nordic‑Jewish flavors, warm hospitality, and hands‑on fun.

In this class, you’ll learn directly from Andrea as you:

• Shape and boil classic bagels
• Whip up silky‑smooth schmears
• Build a hearty, crowd‑pleasing egg bake
• Make sweet rugelach

What to Expect | 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.

Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
