Back by popular demand, this class is all about bold flavors and culinary flair! In just a few hours, you’ll master our approachable version of the iconic Beef Wellington—perfectly crisp puff pastry wrapped around savory steak with mushroom duxelle (trust us, it’s seriously addictive).

But that’s just the beginning. Together we’ll create a full menu designed to impress:

• Fresh & Vibrant Salad – a refreshing balance to this meal
• Beef Wellington Turnovers – paired with a sweet chili wine sauce for a modern twist
• Bananas Foster – finished with a fiery flambé that will light up the room

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.

No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.

Closed toe shoes encouraged.
