Whether you’re brand new to bread baking or looking to sharpen your skills, we will guide you through the fundamentals. Learn the difference between lean doughs (simple, rustic breads) and enriched doughs (soft, sweet breads).
This class will give you a solid foundation to bake a variety of loaves at home.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
