Organization Overview
We are a meat processing company founded in Fargo, ND, that is making the wagyu steak of thick cut bacon. Our flagship cut, the Dakota Cut, is sliced four times thicker than the industry standard and has a much deeper, fuller flavor than what can normally be found in stores.
This company was created by a father and husband named Michael Nash. In his search to find a thick cut of bacon, he was always left wanting from what he would find in stores. It was then that he decided to make it on his own. Over time, he refined his recipe and then decided to share it with the world by founding Nash Family Bacon.
